Free Spirit is the frequent flyer program of Spirit Airlines, an American ultra-low-cost carrier. Launched in January 2021, it replaced Spirit's previous program, also called Free Spirit, offering a revamped and more rewarding experience for loyal passengers.
Members of Free Spirit earn points, known as "Free Spirit Points," when they fly with Spirit Airlines and utilize the airline's co-branded credit cards. These points can be redeemed for a variety of rewards, including free flights, seat upgrades, and other travel-related perks. The program offers two tiers of membership, namely Free Spirit and Free Spirit VIP, each with its own set of benefits and advantages, such as priority boarding and reduced redemption fees for VIP members.
Free Spirit also partners with various non-airline companies, including hotels, car rental agencies, and dining establishments, to provide additional opportunities for members to earn and redeem points.
