Eurowings, founded in 1993, is a German low-cost airline headquartered in Düsseldorf. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Lufthansa Group, one of the world's largest and most prestigious airline groups. Eurowings operates from several key bases across Germany, including Düsseldorf, Cologne/Bonn, Hamburg, Stuttgart, and Munich, as well as a secondary hub in Vienna, Austria.

Eurowings primarily serves European destinations, offering a mix of short and medium-haul flights to over 130 locations in Europe, as well as select destinations in Africa and Asia.
